Earlier this week, I used another Walgreens freebie code (now expired), and I made the mistake of choosing the true digital prints option. This choice promised no cropping, which ended up being a complete and total lie. I heard this happened to other readers who chose the same option. So, unless you think your friends and family look better missing the top halves of their heads, I'd stick with the 4x6 option.
